Can't bring myself to make an offer - this site is a toxic asset. The first thing I'd do if it was mine is introduce mandatory .edu registration, at which point things would most likely shut down completely, and I'd wonder where my money went.

^^ what about universities that don't use .edu? in europe a lot of universities use their country's tld.
