Don't be silly. This is just a blog in which she compiled some jokes from http://www.Engrish.com. These are attempts to translate Chinese posts to English in China. They are very funny.
For example:
请不要碰自己。让我们来帮助你尝试“
Translation: "Please don't touch yourself. Let's us help you try out"
when they mean:
"Please ask for assistance" -

We should post some english signs that are improperly translated to Chinese from the American midwest, wait...
Wait what? I've seen signs in Chicago and Minneapolis with Chinese translations... and I've always wondered which ones were wrong.
However, I suspect it is rarer to have poor translations here in the US -- because it is easier to find a native Chinese speaker in the US than to find a native English speaker in China.
