   I’m quite sure the claim about panel interview is not a lie. Go back to your application for YPP on taleo, read the “Selection Process” which reads:
   “If you are interested, we encourage you to submit your application on or before the advertisement deadline. Shortlisted applicants will be invited for a virtual preliminary interview and written assessment in December. If successful, you will be invited for a panel interview and technical presentation in January 2023.”

   But what happened last December was just an online assessment? Or did anyone else got contacted for a virtual preliminary interview and written assessment last December?

   As far as I can remember, it was an invitation for online assessments only which were due by the 28th of December. No other tests/assessments.

   My references are contacted via email last week (my interview date was January 19 ); they are asked to fill out a quite lengthy question list; a bit funny that my Taleo status went back to "for-screening"...
   

   Did we have to pick a stream?? I don’t remember picking one in the application!!!

   What I saw in that individuals post who is claiming to have gone through interview process, he is saying that his referees got a lengthy form to fill in.

   As far as I know, the application form didn't ask for referee details during the application. Also I checked my submission now and it doesn't have any referee section. So can you guys confirm looking at your submissions if you guys gave referee's name.

    Nope. I applied for the education and the PPP stream but haven't received an interview invite (yet!). It seems like they've sent a few invites out already, though. Fingers crossed!
