    Yeah how are they going to justify their research when multiple HRM/MRM JMC have 1,2 R&R by 6th year.

    Our school dei was basically inviting same number of women for flyout
    No race ethnicity quota
    Women win the most from dei, even the white ones

    There is one VHRM/HRM JMC this year, has a notoriously pushy advisor, we interviewed him but couldn't justify his quality of research given his JMC is in work for 2.5 years but still not upto the mark.

    Is this question hypothetical or is there such a candidate on job market this year? Name names please!
