Well the 7th year HRM DEI also happen to have one of the best JMP in this cohort.
Well 7 yr HRM DEI candidate with no R&R is a job market star so the 8th year PhD can still have decent chance
People tend to completely ignore that. She has excellent presentation skills with superb paper.

we interviewed him. no idea why guy spent 8 yrs in PhD plus post doc.. my predoc RA has more economic intuition. very weak pedigree no signal but oversold by advisor
