There are currently 4 teams of people, all well-known and respected, competing towards being the first to have a proof of the Riemann Hypothesis. A proof is in sight in the next few years. Stay tuned!
A proof of the Riemann Hypothesis on the horizon.

If you read it on the internet, then it must be true!

Team 4: They would like their work to be kept secret until it is ready to be shared with the world.

These all seem like vastly different approaches to solving the RH. Connes is using noncommutative geometry, Team 1 seems to be doing functional analysis and Team 2 is picking up on Scholze's perfectoid spaces stuff (and I don't see how it has any application to RH)

Just like they have for the past 160 years! Must mean they're going to solve it soon!

This is exactly what John Nash said before he went looney tunes.

The funny thing is some genius could solve this relatively fast. Just have to wait for him to be born, most of humanity is useless
lol. you clearly have no clue about how math research works. Geniuses matter, yeah, and they tend to take the (sub) discipline a big step further but they'd do a lot less without the rest of the math community -past and present- which tend to be very intelligent fellas but certainly not geniuses.
-
My (limited) understanding is that Connes is not at all close.
Garrett's notes do not make him appear to be in the vicinity of a solution at all, though the work is independently interesting.
I can't decipher Bhatt's handwriting, but I feel if he were close to the solution of the RH I would have heard about it.
In conclusion: the OP is full of s**t.

Wasn't there are guy that supposedly solved it but nobody understands the logic he created?
That was the abc conjecture, and there's a fatal error.
