Do schools still do interviews/flyouts during winter break? SMU will not have flyouts until Jan.
They only really do flyouts at a time when everyone can be expected to attend. There is still a little possibility for that this semester, but I wouldn't expect much to be scheduled until January.

I know many schools are hiring outside of Miami. So the actual number is close to 60 rather than 40.
The market is basically non-existent for non-HRMs or for people without R&Rs. Feeling so depressed.
170 candidates for 40 recruting schools (of which 20 US schools)...even if some schools propose multiple positions, the market still seems to be dying...
