Actual Fraud at JAR
-
Can any of the trolls here dispute one single argument in the WB report?? Please? Pretty please? Just one coherent dispute?
Let's bump this too. Lisowsky and Minnis were invited to write a JAR pub to defend themselves. They couldn't because their fraud is so obvious.

You are a wayward beetle-headed nut-hook if you think schools would remove JAR from its A list.
You aren’t even brave enough to reveal your identity and your dankish ill-nurtured critiques are not convincing.
Also, I would appreciate it if accountants did not place their beef-witted mumble news in the finance subforum.

Probably because most people are just disinterested, not trolls. Plus, the whistleblower is an awful writer. That’s the basic problem with this whole thread. Whenever someone asked for explanation or clarification, the response was to say the same thing, but LOUDER. If someone comes up with something, it would never be accepted, the whistleblower will just spaz out again.
Why aren't the trolls picking up the $1000 bill the whistleblower left on the ground?

No one has asked for explanation or clarification. People have spouted factually incorrect statements with no support.
When pointed to clear, basic law, trolls whine that they need other experts.
Lack of intelligence in accounting seems a much larger issue than poor writing. If the flat-earthers won't accept basic facts, it doesn't matter how you write it.
Partnerships and S-corps can't file consolidated returns. Most C-corps can't file consolidated. How hard is that? It's the first post in this thread.

Just noticed the reports have ~400 downloads. Not sure nobody cares. How many of your papers have 400 downloads in 4 weeks?

Why is no one commenting on how poorly written and absurd JAR's (non)response to the fraud is?

Whistleblower is an awful writer with a terrible, Gen-Z attitude.
Doesn't change that no one has explained how LM can possibly have tax returns at the consolidated parent level for partnerships and S-corps, both of which under US tax law cannot file consolidated tax returns (because partnerships aren't corporations at all and S-corps aren't "includible" corporations).
