Does "one booster" mean three doses in total? or four doses?
All registrants will be required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and to have received at least one booster to attend the meeting. Those who are unable to be vaccinated or boosted for health or religious reasons should contact assa@vanderbilt.edu for information about an exemption. High-quality masks (i.e., KN-95 or better) will be required in all indoor conference spaces.

at most 3. Remember that the J&J was a 1 shot vax so that plus a booster is 2.
I had my fourth covid shot last week (original 2 plus a booster November last year plus another booster last week). Also, I have had covid twice -- without any ill-effects.
It just begs the question -- why do we need KN-95 masks as well? What about everyone has to bring a kettle or similar to boil our own water in case the coffee provided spreads typhus or cholera? What about closing the rest-rooms and everyone has to keep their buttocks clenched for 4 days in case the act of defecation causes a polio outbreak. What about everyone has to wear a hard hat in case of falling masonry......
No way they are going to enforce this.

They are going to enforce this. They want to make sure that every academic economist attending is a good little vax-taxing sheeple libt@rd ljljljlj
This is so lame and it will create so much mess.
Also, what are they going to do about international visitors? Does it mean that all international visitors from non-English-speaking countries are required to get a certified translation of their vaccination history?
Are they going to accept Sputnik which is not WHO approved? Are they going to be accepting Chinese vaccines which are WHO approved but are garbage?
join in Zoom then

You are lucky. But vaccines don’t protect everyone.

I had 3 vaccines, got Covid twice with long-term coughing and feeling terrible for weeks, and I would still prefer to wear a mask in an inside space at any large conference with people from all over the world. The conference will be a super-spreader event given its size, we have seen it this Spring and Summer at much smaller conferences.
