    Asif Islam doesn't really stand out, neither does Remi Jedwab (who doesn't even appear to be Resource/Env Econ). Stefanski has been a postdoc since 2009 and doesn't have any pubs. Perhaps there is more to those candidates than what is listed in their CV/profiles? Guo, Walker, and Gans seem to be legit though.

    ^ df13, then you would have passed on Michael Greenstone. That = bad decision rule!!!!! Much better to evaluate the quality of someone's work, even if unpublished as yet, because quality publications take serious time.
