Wow - I just read the Hahnemann et al comment on the Greenstone Deschenes (DG) paper. It's pretty bad. The DG paper appears to be full of coding errors and data problems.Let's just say that they're bad enough that I won't ever trust any result from a Greenstone or Deschenes paper again.
