Student visa lasts one year post-graduation. She/Rentec would file for H1B next year.

You're probably not familiar with the system. It doesn't work that way.
People usually draw at least twice. It's too risky if you only draw once. If she happens not to be picked next year, she'll lose the job.

Also, Renaissance employees are discouraged from publicly saying where they work. It's purely word of mouth. They don't put it on their LinkedIn or whatever. My friend's webpage only says "I'm working in industry" with no mention of what or where.
