No offense but you come off as a complete striver and one of the biggest ills in the 'contemporary real economy' is way too many people like you.
Imagine having all that job experiences as semi-prestigious orgs/firms then deciding to pivot back into a PhD program in 2022. That's just objectively poor decision making, full-stop.
If you want to resolve the "ills plaguing the contemporary real economy" you should not be in academia as you'd only be contributing to said ills (or else you'd get fired very quickly).
You're going to wholesale ignore what I mentioned because it probably goes against your view of the world but such is life.
