This is the latest in a series of escalating moves as tensions flared. The move is thought to be a psychological tactic against lonely Russian soldiers stationed at the front.
One Russian soldier, who wished to remain anonymous, was interviewed by Al Jazeera. "It made me sick at first, but then it made feelings come inside of me. I could see advantages" the soldier said choking back tears.
"She would be beautiful like woman, but chill and want it a lot like man. She could not pregnant, and she could open my pickled beat jars for me. I just want to go home to my Babushka, I am so confused."
