Kudos to Rice, but I disagree that “black and tenured” is a poor metric. There is a ridiculous paucity of tenured black professors in finance. The empirical fact demands an investigation. Keeping black APs untenured is a huge stain on the field

This should highlight how "black and tenured" is a poor metric/summary statistic for how a school enhances diversity in this industry.
