C0ntraception, s0d0m1,and ghey marriage may be next on the ch0pping block. This day is getting better by the minute.
This is just too good to be true for dems. Contraception and ghey rights are supported by the majority of americans, including reps.
We have elections in a few months, this quote will be all over the place.
Their ruling on guns after all we saw in the last few months just doubles down on it.
Nothing can stop a red wave better than reps
Your question clearly demonstrates the intellectual failure of America's Left. Very few people want to ban contraception. However, those that believe in logical consistency and the true meaning of words would like to see access to contraception addressed at the state level, rather than imagining it derives from the US Constitution.
How could you possibly support restricting contraception? To what end?
Lol, if they were so popular why weren’t they protected with an amendment? Truth is they aren’t and you’re gonna LOSE!!!

How could laws governing *any* private action be constitutional.
This is what Thomas was actually saying. Substantive due process doctrine, like Roe, is dubious at best and wrong at worst.
Thomas is actually calling to overturn all of these, but to redo the doctrine of substantive due process.
Of course, to get this you'd have to know a little bit about legal matters, the court, and not be insane--so, not be the average American.
Roe is based on Griswold, which asserted a general right to privacy to overturn a law banning contraception. But, if there were a general right to privacy, how could laws against prostitution or drug dealing be Constitutional?
