   I just got call from Cornerstone for the ASSA interview. They said the interview will include a case discussion. What kind of the case I should do expect? How to prepare it? Can you share any experience? I am from Finance. Thanks.

   it will be about 15 minutes, open ended, and they will help you through it. they just want to make sure you aren't a complete bozo when it comes to thinking through new problems.

   In my experience, if you get stuck once, they will sort of lead you on. They don't want to make it stressful, they just want to hear something that makes them think you can think critically.

   Some places ask your salary expectations prior to making an offer; if you provide a relatively low figure, they'll happily oblige.

    It's difficult to prepare for it. I was asked about a case completely different from my fields. Another friend of mine was asked about a case on his field, which makes things easier. I'd say: don't worry too much. There's not much you can do beforehand. Listen carefully while they present the case, and ask questions if you are not sure. They help you.
