I don't know if this is a troll or not. One of my faculty colleagues has just tested positive for covid. Probably caught at ASSA although I guess it is possible it was caught traveling (airports, planes, trains).
well, I had it and it was nasty. I would not like to imagine that I will have this from now on twice a year as it seems set. Essentially this is like malaria in the tropics. You get it again and again, until it evetually kills you.
This is likely what we'll have to deal with. It also infects the brain and lowers your IQ 1-2 points each time you get it. So in 15-20 years we'll all be less intelligent than a 100 IQ person from 2020.
