Many invitations went out this week. But there are already 100+ flyouts scheduled. My guess is that at most another 20 will be scheduled.

The day before the flyout, they send you this form to fill with personal info such as previous jobs and previous salary etc. Then they ask for your
Desired Compensation''. What should we answer? If you ask me, I would be very happy to get 500k but they will not give this to fresh PhD. Is it my job to infer what they are willing to pay? What incentive do I have to put less than infinity?
