    Perhaps it is just me, but I don't find these notes well written. I think ABCs of RBCs is much more clearly written, as is Heer/Maussner.

    Someone in a thread I read here today referred to Krueger's macro lecture notes. I've googled, but haven't found them anywhere. Does anyone where to get a hold of them?
