every university now has "diversity and inclusion". it is so weird how quickly it took over. if you want to apply to a new gig you have to include a statement on diversity and inclusion.

There are people on here saying interratial relationships should be illegal. There are people saying that blk Americans should be sent to Africa. There are people who admit immigration is ok if it is wt people and not okay if it is nonwt people.

this is how civilizations kílł themselvesNot true, i can think of numerous historical examples, where the out-group was privileged resulting in resentment among the in-group.

I see "I don't like that meritocracy has been nerfed for group x" which, imo, is a perfectly reasonable position to take.
There was never any meritocracy to begin with. Some races were advantaged by their skin color and systemic factors, which led to their accumulation of wealth, which they translated into priviledges (e.g. easier ivy league acceptances, old boys networks, etc.), which persist across generations. There's no merit behind coming from wealthier upbringing.
Even if we were to try and make things as merit-based now as possible, you can't wipe away hundreds of years of entrenched differences between races. The only way is to systematically favor now those who were disadvantaged in the past. Harvard, Princeton, and all the ivies ought to not admit a single whyte student for at least two generations to even things out.

There are people who admit immigration is ok if it is wt people and not okay if it is nonwt people.The thing is, though, *given the existence of affirmative action and like policies,* non-wt immigration has extra costs (to a native wt), so it makes sense to oppose it, even if you don't mind the presence of non-wts per se and would be happy to live them if they (and the wt libs) weren't pushing for policies that discriminate against wts.
When the 'crats are putting stuff like, e.g., 120% USDA loan relief for non-wt farmers in the coronavirus relief bill, one needn't be 'racist' to oppose immigration by people, and people whose descendants, will be given these sorts of privileges vis-a-vis you and your descendants.

People on here are overwhelmingly unhappy with their lives. They attack others on anonymous forums to help them feel better about themselves. It's sad.
The complaints about diversity are boring, sure. It's important to remember that behind each post is an unhappy, lonely, insecure, and weak man.

Or perhaps a man who’s upset that the out group is gaining power and dispossessing the in-group. Which they are. Any reasonable person should get upset about this.

There are two main groups here.
First, you have trolls who realize that in the current environment being 'racist' is the only edgy thing left. They are racist in the same way an 8 year old who uses "gay" as a generic pejorative is homophobic.
Second, you have people unhappy with the current authoritarian social justice environment. This group is "racist" in that they are against strong affirmative action. They are also racist in that they may also believe some racial groups have lower vaccination rates, have different preference, commit crime at different rates, have different IQs, etc. They spend far too much time discussing those topics here because discussing those topics in real life gets you canceled.
