You don't have to like all their work to acknowledge at least one project they're working on is actually good. You don't really think places with a less conservative reputation would touch this, do you?

Some of her statements reflect such a uniquely Anglo-American viewpoint/definition of terms, does anyone account for that bias? Are Africans, Asians, Europeans, South Americans etc required to first adopt the US-American view on, e.g. "race", or are they "allowed" to write a diversity statement based on the conceptual understanding of these terms they are most familiar with (whether that is the US-American one or that of their home country)?

Comrade, you misunderstand. The morality should be taken for granted. Waking up every morning, getting dressed, and then going out to bash the fash should simply be what you do, and should come as naturally as going out for lunch. Just as you would find it bizarre if someone attempted to explain eating lunch in moral terms, we find it worrisome if you find your commitment to diversity and inclusion and the Democratic party as something subject to conscious moral reasoning rather than springing from your basic instincts as a human.

I actually think some of this is helpful. Regardless of the fact that I dont like them, I will probably have to write one at some point and some insight into what people are looking for is helpful.
That said, many of the donts ate things I dont even understand. Diversity vs equality? What? And why does this person have to be so condescending? How about look for people making an honest effort instead of vilifying people who use the word minority and not the unheard of "minoritized?"I think she meant "diversity vs quality" but committed one of her many typos.
No. I think she recognizes that minorities simply can’t compete on an equal footing (aren’t good enough). There is a tradeoff between equal treatment of students and a more diverse university environment (hence AA)

I once wrote a thesis on this topic using a site https://writingbros.com/essay-examples/diversity/ with ready-made articles on various topics. Then I concluded that it is better, if possible, not to mention this topic because there may always be someone who will outrage.
