Warsaw
Padua
Have I missed any?
I don't understand if you are an unsubtle Padua troll or Warsaw troll, or NTUA troll. Heidelberg is somewhat below the first 4. HEC Paris has nothing to do with Imperial, Ecole Normale and ETH, which are all better than HEC for anything except cash cow masters like finance, MBA type stuff. The last three you can scrap, they simply don't belong in the list.

HEC grande école students are smarter or/and better prepared than 99% of Imperial students

Why are you so angry? I simply listed the only elite universities in Europe
HEC Paris has been broken by a "publish-at-all-cost" culture. Scientific misconduct is rampant and they got into this idea that the more CNRS start the better. The result is that professors got into patronising paper mills, guest-signing papers to fulfil publication quotas instead of investing in long term research with any chance of making a difference.
