Escobar's Axiom of Choice (Russian: Аксиома выбора Эскобара)
This axiom of set theory is named after an (in)famous Escobar, then-lead vocalist of Ukrainian dеаth-metal band Bredor. The axiom is equivalent to the statement that, given the choice between two opposite alternatives, it is impossible to select an alternative that isn't a complete bu11sh1t.
In Russian, the text of the axiom is usually stated as "при безальтернативном выборе из двух противоположных сущностей, обе будут являть собой исключительную хyйню."
Originally, Escobar verbally stated the axiom in the following form (my rough translation): "this [one] is bu11sh1t, and this [one] is bu11sh1t. Both are so fvсking lаme that I would rather [force their mother to perform оrаl sех on me]."
