My advisor closed the door and opened her legs
Female PhD student here, my advisor insists I leave the door open when we meet

Men who have nothing to hide, have nothing to fear. The Pence Rule is discriminatory by definition.

https://www.hrmorning.com/articles/why-the-pence-rule-is-exactly-how-you-shouldnt-go-about-preventing-sexual-harassment/The Pence Rule seems like an easy fix for men who are concerned about facing sexual harassment claims, but there’s an easier solution: Don’t harass women.
Get it? The solution is not to sexually harass women. Period.

Two theories: 1) he has been required to do so due to past complaints of sexual harassment 2) he is implementing the Pence Rule. In either case, you should speak to Human Resources and the Dean. You should find out if your advisor has had sexual harassment complaints in the past. Also, in any case, the Pence Rule is illegal discrimination on the basis of sex and if your advisor is discriminating against you in this way, the university needs to know and needs to take the appropriate measures.
This response is psychotic and will have him doing zoom calls only
Sexual harassment can occur on Zoom calls as well, c.f. James Toobin.

Remember that this problem is dynamic. Because of people like OP, the solution is... never advise a female student. Which leads to the gender mismatch in the field, which leads to all the problems you complain about.
So what's causing the BIG problem...? you being jealous that your advisor won't close the door because he's afraid you'll sue him.

imagine being accused of harassment for trying this bard to avoid harassment, i truthfully hate wymn

You are why many male professors don't want to advise female students.

Am I the only one who feels more comfortable with an open door when meeting male professors? And totally fine with not having to go on private lunches/ coffee runs with them? I am completely content with only discussing my work with an open door or via email. The creeps would not leave the door open, so it is always reassuring.

You can get fired just from a false accusation. That's no solution. I'm sorry, but the only way to avoid it is to not have any type of interaction with the opposite sex at work.
