   There is no way as of now to know whether the market is good or bad. All schools will post ads later. Yet, many schools post just to post, i.e., subject to funding approval.

   Besides, the job market is a market. Are you ABD’s? Have you ever heard of demand and supply? Worry about the former; not the latter.
