The repost may not be the actual school reposting - it could be the web site automatically renewing the posting due to some random reasons that the school may not even be aware of. I was on search committee some years ago and this happened and we had to inform the web site not to repost.

Do not know what happens
Not sure that's the case with LSU, since they have changed the dates for review to feb. Are their offers being rejected?
