Why do we care who is/isn't saying something on twitter? What matters is what departments and the profession leaders actually do as a result of this. I mean, they can talk about staples all they want, but unless they do something about it, it's hard to believe they really care about us.

I wonder if there are any updates on this story?
It would be horrible for the profession to lose talent like Fryer's.I don't have a short-term update but can tell with near certainty how this event will be remembered in the long term. In a more enlightened era in the future, it will be recognized as a witch hunt.
