Okay, I won't discuss the looks of the candidate. But her picture is definitely NOT professional. It is not the kind of picture you put in the first page of your website when you are in the market. It could be in a sub-page with other personal stuffs, but not in the first page.
Posting about the looks of JM candidates is a long-standing no-no for mods.

A job market profile should be neutral in the sense that it only call your attention to professional characteristics of the candidate. If you open a candidate website and the first thing that comes to your mind is unrelated with the candidate professional skills then that profile is not professional.

Exactly. I think this is a legitimate comment.
The candidate in question put it out in the public view in the most intensely public way possible-- their job market web site, for crying out loud. I think it is legitimate to discuss as long it does not get abusive or demeaning.
I repeat my opinion that while the presentation of this candidates page might appear unprofessional to some, I think it is undeniably bold. And it doesn't break any explicit rules, so I say good for the candidate if that is the way that they want to present themselves.
