Good deal for LMU btw. Competition is getting much stronger, also in Europe. Good!I personally do not think so because some faculties have announced to reduce PhD admission numbers. So the supply of market meat will decrease (at least) in the future

Not only is she a joke. She does Taxation, and not finance. Complete disgrace for a German university.
just look at BWL hirings outside some more internationally developed fields like finance and marketing... almost all German faculties have people with profiles like this on their payrolls, mostly in Buchhaltung, Steuern, Wirtschaftinformatik, ABWL, all the good things... it's really sad to pick out one particular person or to cry "gender discrimation" here... she's learned a trade, knowing that there's a market for it (regardless of gender) and she was right - end of story.
