Any experiences on average GRE quant scores for admission to top German PhD programmes (MGSE, Bonn, Mannheim, UZH (CH))?
Bonn says the average successful candidate has a 165, is this still up-to-date. Munich requires at least >80% (but "most successful candidates blabla >=90%). No info on Mannheim and UZH.Nobody?
I don't know about Mannheim and UZH either. But I know that at least until recently, the GRE at most (all?) places in Germany, is rather a hurdle you have to jump. So it's not like in the US where a particular high score is necessary for getting in the programme. In Germany is more binary, if you below the score you might get rejected straight away, but there is not a big advantage of being better than the threshold mentioned at the website.
