I am confused. Are they looking for W2 who can take some admin works as the head or are they looking for admin people who can do some research.

Warum hat die Arbeitsmarktforschung die Zone der Normalverdiener noch nicht ausgeleuchtet? Kann jemand Herrn Habeck etwas dazu sagen? Evtl kann man auch gleich darüber sprechen,warum die nicht (mehr) sparen und nun Angst haben... ach ja...
ich vergesse immer wieder dass auch Profs Beamte sind und diese Zone nicht ausleuchten... unwichtig solange man selbst Vergünstigungen bekommt die anderen nicht zustehen

It's a good place with good deal. But, they "won't get it" if they aim too high/senior with a tenure track position. I could image that a good advanced AP takes the position.

I thought in Germany that most economists would prefer a regular W3 over running a group at one of the institutes. How is the teaching reduction compared to the extra admin work?
Why is advertising a W2 a good strategy? Or do they need to wait for some W3s to retire from Goethe first?
