Time to sell GS?
Goldman: No woman on board? No IPO

Goldman also won't underwrite any coal projects any longer because of concerns with global warming. This all relates to their desire to be able to recruit young people.
Gotta reluctantly hand it to the millennials, having a big impact on the way business is conducted by having a conscience when it comes to who they work for. What a surprisingly effective strategy for enacting social change. Slow clap.

The HR department of some companies live in a separate reality if they believe this.
Companies like GS don't really need to go woke to recruit young people. They don't need to go woke to recruit woke people.

Gotta reluctantly hand it to the millennials, having a big impact on the way business is conducted by not understanding basic things about how the world works and operating on emotions instead of logic.
I made it better for you.
I'm a Millenial.
You know, the Boomers caused a lot of problems, destroyed the culture and morals inherited from their ancestors...
But I think Millenials are worse than the Boomers. We didn't cause as much damage as they did because they and Gen X already destroyed everything. But had we been born in a healthy society, we would have destroyed it faster than the Boomers and Gen X did.But then, we were taught by the Boomers.

Because obviously you have a really superior handle on the way the world works. That you for your service!

But then, we were taught by the Boomers. This is almost exactly true.
The boomers went through the greatest society in history, a society with magnificent and time-tested institutions, systematically destroyed them and then did some more damage because "the old institutions aren't working."
The millennials would have done even worse--as well-taught children of the Vandals--but there isn't that much left to destroy. So millennials have had to become even sillier and start questioning the existence of two seches and so on.
You can consider me a boomer although I might not qualify under all defns.
