Both are great obviously. I guess it depends on the function. I'd rather take a trading exec over IBD exec over Booth. But Booth over compliance or operations exec.

Booth.

Goldman Sachs only has money. Nothing else.

Booth I can enjoy tenured academic life, giving speeches everywhere, and being affiliated to government, hedge funds and universities in the meantime.

I'm totally free with Booth tenure and can also easily earn 500k+ USD for salary and at least 300k+ USD for other miscellaneous things.
