In the AA criteria who gets precedence among w/women, V/minority and Aborg/Canadian. Empirical evidence seems to suggest w/women are the most preferred. What does the criteria tell us?
What happens if a school does not meet the AA criteria? If they don't then they will have all their CRC chairs pulled. Part of Trudeau's policy, was announced 2 or 3 years ago.
The crc stage is a rubber stamp. Acceptance rates by the crc Agency are high 90s percent and summary stats are published from time to time.
