emotional maturity = cynical worldview, a job she hates and loves complaining about, tons of baggage about ex boyfriends/husbands, a ticking clock that wants to get the fun spontaneous part of the relationship over ASAP so you can both decide whether you are compatible for having children, a sexual history that admits no novelty or new experiences for the future since she has already tried everything at least once ("sure I love anal, my ex and I used to do that all the time"), etc etcShe must enjoy dating guys of similar emotional maturity.

OP- if you need others' opinion to justify your relationship, you are probably not very happy.
I know a couple like this. The girl is pretty childish. She doesn't even remotely understand the guy when he talks about his problems at work or about life in general. Go for it if you can still get along well with her.

Im going to assume shes fat and ugly or that youre lying, simply because youre posting about it on this forum. But in the off chance this is real and shes actually good looking, who cares? This isnt a lifestyle, its a matter of ability. Every man wants young and attractive women, most just have to settle. And theyll always be whiners about it. My wife is just 6 years younger than me, and her divorced friends still make snarky comments about the age difference. Miserable people are judgmental like that.
I know many of you are worried about the job market but I have other problems at the moment, like society's judgement of my lifestyle choices. Looking for input before I meet her family in a couple weeks.
