Chinese should only be allowed to get their phd from one univ in the u.s.: usc
I'm going back to China. Please stop admitting Asian males for Finance PhD.

Top 30 program. I have a coauthored top 3 R&R, a co-authored publication at JFQA, and two more working papers. All of my advisors like my job market paper. I end up with 2 flyouts and no job in the US. After 5 years of dedicated work, I deserve something better.
The American dream does not exist for Asian males in the Finance academia. Please stop admitting Asia males for your Finance Ph.D. program. While this seems unfair, you seem to have graduated at the wrong time. Keep improving and climb up and come back to the US

The discrimination against Asian, particularly Chinese, males is one of the many reasons why the U.S. is declining so quickly.
Asian males represent a significant fraction of research & development personnel in most fields, including Finance, thanks to the horrible U.S. primary and secondary education system. Precluding them from matched job opportunities means that a significant number of jobs will be taken by underqualified candidates, while some of the best talents cannot even get the chance to work for this country.
The CCP really loves to see this, and it is offering these Asian males quite attractive opportunities in China. So, basically the U.S. trained some of the best talents (who want to work for the U.S.) and then kicked them to China to help China quickly catching up in almost all areas.
With more than $30T national debt and a more and more disadvantaged position in the competition with China, the U.S. still chooses to put identity above qualification, and choose to send highly trained talents to its largest rival for free. What a stupid and laughable situation. -

The discrimination against Asian males exists in every field, including STEM.
Over the past decade China recruited a large number of rookie PhDs, APs, tenured professors, industry researchers and engineers from the U.S., and the vast majority of them are males. This is one crucial reason why China is quickly catching up in so many fields, and even surpassed the U.S. in some fields. Guess why these Asian males gave up the U.S. and chose to go to China?
Btw, China is also working very hard to hire finance researchers. Check the ranking of Chinese universities on the ASU Finance ranking page by yourself to see how quickly they are rising. Someone is working on shitty topics doesn't mean finance is shitty.China needs STEM experts not finance and progressive sht

The best solution then is to block Chinese students from coming to US
