Basically, Insight Prediction is a new prediction market startup & crypto exchange. A few years ago I got bored of the publication process, made some money trading, & used it to fund the startup. We are looking to hire people to fill out our data science team, doing various models and bot trading. Compensation follows the Peter Theil rule of being mostly equity.

Look, Russia had intelligence that Ukraine had massed troops in Kharkiv for an offensive, and did nothing about it. They aren't going to pay attention to a prediction market telling them they have almost no chance of taking Bakhmut.
