I am interested in IO work and would like to end up in a business school/marketing department. I have HRM marketing and HRM econ offers; am I better off taking the marketing offer?

They then start immediately working on research with their advisors. Econ phds are likely better technically, but marketing phds may be better researchers (who can ask relevant questions in the field of marketing). </blockquote></blockquote>
