Receiving an email today from a guy whose emails signature had name, designation, contact info and then this line-
Pronouns: He, his, him
What is this?
Yes, some people do this. Not a big deal, in my view. My name is hard to pronounce, so I include info on pronunciation in my signature. Some other folks clarify that they go by their middle name in their signature (eg, the email address is James Smith and the signature is Eric Smith). I don't think including pronoun info is any different.

I want my pronoun to indicate my race. Whitey/whitey/whitey's.
But seriously, the pronoun thing frustrates the hell out of me. The much more natural solution is to progress a little further in allowing they/them/their to be acceptable in the singular.
