India is way worse than Latam in terms of GDP. And non-monetary determinants of well being such as pollution are orders of magnitude worse there too.
Is India the last hope for Latin America?
-
You realize that every country in Latin America is richer, per capita, than India?
Is India the last hope for Latin America?
Look at what China is doing in Africa. India will do the same in Latin America. I wouldn't call it colonization, it's a reciprocal relationship.
Latin America is in trouble. It's the most violent continent, but what's worse is that it's the only continent where violence is soaring. You can't name a single Latin American innovation. Economy.. look at Argentina.
Latin America needs help, but no other country is willing to help. Except one.
India is thriving. India is full of hard working people. India is a country of geniuses. India is getting richer. We hear success stories from India all the time. India is a truly civilized empire, with functioning democracy and happy people. You can't say that this is the case in Latin America.
Now you ask ”Okay, I get it. Latin America desperately needs help, and India can help. But why? Why would Indians do that?”
It's a good question.
First of all, in Indian culture, the most important thing is to help vulnerable people. But that's not the only reason.
India is getting richer. Indians demand more. Latin America has agricultural and natural resources. Someone has to put them to use. -
Yep...
Americans are trying to create a ridge between LatAms and Indians. Wonder what the reason behind this policy?
Ameribro here. Can confirm.
I spend maybe 95% of my waking hours trying to figure out how to effup Latin America and India, particularly relations between the two.
It is our obsession.
