Insider at one of these firms. We have started our new batch of analysts much sooner than anticipated given workload overall has remained fairly steady (with some practices experiencing significant upticks, in fact). I don't know about PhDs, but I suspect they may be starting soon as well.
Hang in there as you try to ride this out - the industry overall is in very good shape, and as we begin to make hiring plans for next year, I see no reason why we would not hire as aggressively as in previous years (given the amount of workload we have and project to have). I hope things work out on your end soon.Nera and CRA have job postings on JOE. Did they start their new hires yet or did they also delay start dates?
