This is 9d85: I am moving from Gov to academia. I have one top field journal and three B journals and some R&Rs at a couple of Bs.

what ranking is your dept and do you have publications? just curious. thanks :)
All my offers/flyouts are from 150 to 250 ranked places.

I still have offers from 1st round and flyouts from what I am guessing is 2nd round. Still hope.

The market is alive. I have pubs in decent field journals and offers from 1st round 90-150 ranked places. Decisions are not finalized at all institutions but I am picking up 2nd round flyouts.

Supply side here. I've gotten "search is complete" emails on a daily basis over the last week or two. Clearly, a good number of matches have been made. I'm interested to know any more demand siders who are out there... I still need a job, and I'm a perfect fit for your vacancy.
