Hitler was an immigrant, refugee and stateless person. He couldn't even run for the German parliament as a result.

If Germany had deported him to Austria, the Nazis would have never have taken power. Or perhaps if he were allowed to run for elected office he wouldn't have been so bitter at the racism he faced.
