You cannot become an editor without accepting some papers. 3. There are senior referees with 25% and 30% acceptance rate and other with less than 5%. The chief editor knows the distribution before assigning a paper to a referee. 4. All single reports end up in a rejection. 5. What about privacy? is it legal to publish such a list?</blockquote>
