I was surprised to see this file/paper with all the list of referees and the % of acceptance per referee. Now it is clear that:
1. There are some referees that reject everything (for example - 61 rejection and zero acceptance) - someone we refer to their paper actually kill his/her research.
2. You cannot become an editor without accepting some papers.
3. There are senior referees with 25% and 30% acceptance rate and other with less than 5%. The chief editor knows the distribution before assigning a paper to a referee.
4. All single reports end up in a rejection.
5. What about privacy? is it legal to publish such a list?
