I know for a fact that some of these names have recommended r&rs and acceptances at other top journals. Similar lists can be put together for other top journals without many of these names, but with other names. The corrupt referees are more likely among the ones who accept 20%+ of the papers they get, that is a necessary condition for trading favors. Why are people on this forum too dwamb to see that?
The sad part is that some of those on the list are also part of the editorial board at other journals. This list clearly shows they have an agenda (I reject other papers so I can save the slot for my papers).
