Interesting. Never heard of this one before, but it's been around for a while and has a pretty decent impact factor (1.3). Appears to be a decision science journal.
I'd be curious to hear opinions on it.

Looking over all of this, clearly EE is tops, although it is true that its high rank is partly driven by a small number of very highly cited papers. JEBO ahead of GEB, if not by a lot. MS may be tops for a management journal in econ, and isnot too badly placed. And RoBE ahead of JoBEE, although not by much.
Wow, I had no idea EE would do so well by that metric. I had written it off as a garbage journal, I'll update my priors a bit.
But as it stands, I think most people would agree that they'd rather have a MS than an EE. And I think plenty of people would prefer either GEB or JEBO. So it might mean this ranking is crazy.

Its ranking at 155 or so looks pretty reasonable, way better than many would grant it, but defensible, although nowhere being "tops" among behavioral economists, although perhaps tops among management economists interested in managerial economics.
It’s weird that you think that. Look at top behavioral economists. You’ll see a lot of MS publications. Not very many EE publications. At my top 10, a MS is viewed like a good field journal, and an EE is viewed as an embarrassment.

You want to name some who have lots of MSs but hardly any EEs or these others?

Well this is stupid. The behavioural section of MS has (or had) List, Gneezy, Ho as editors, with tonnes of top behavioural folk on the board. It's clearly (or was, unclear now its changed editorial boards) top for behavioural.

I agree that EE was clearly trash for the first 5 years, and beyond.
That's not what's under dispute. What's under dispute is whether top people publish in EE more than MS. They definitely don't, and its not even close.

Also since I do behavioral let me chime in.
For me I consider GEB>EE>JEBO. MS is hard to fit in, at a business dept it is clearly ranked above all, but for econ it is not so clear. For econ I would rank it anywhere from slightly better than GEB to slightly worse than EE. It is better than JEBO.
