EJMR mods are among the hardest working and most fair I have seen for an *anonymous* forum. This is particularly helpful during job market seasons. The modding is actually skewed towards being protective of females in the profession. For example, amid the flooding of JM gossips, any posting with comments on the physical appearance or private life of a female JMC is deleted within a few minutes. It takes longer if the case is with a male JMC.
