Research suggests listing prices are about 5% below selling prices for similar properties, so this is about 10-15% down if you consider selling price on selling price. The market in central London is almost frozen so you are very likely to get an even larger discount.

So far, it hasn't been noticeable based on listings. But listed prices =/ transaction prices, and there haven't been enough transactions for anyone to really know.
Hi, I will be moving to London in 2021 for work and I'd ask what zones you consider better in zone 2 for living and traveling to the city. I will live with my gf (we are a young couple - 30 yo).
to work in the city stoke newington, angel, shoreditch, highbury are best. depends what you like.
I was checking for renting in southwark (near borough), shoreditch, London fields as of now, but unsure if those areas are decent.
fine if you dont have kids, but you really can't raise kids in those sort of areas
shoreditch is a depressing concrete journal but safe
London fields is alright I guess
